The Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labour and Ports excludes claims for compensation arising from breach of duty and claims for compensation under tort in respect of all applications, information and other elements presented on the websites at www.wirtschaft.bremen.de and www.arbeit.bremen.de, provided that the loss or damage was not caused by intentional acts or omissions, or by gross negligence.
In the event of the breach of an essential condition of contract, liability is also accepted for ordinary negligence, but only for direct loss or damage. This limitation of liability does not apply in the case of personal injury.

Privacy notice

So far as names are provided on the website of the Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labour and Ports, the data subjects have given their consent. For data protection reasons, other persons have not been named.
We collect collective data, i.e. data about the number of visitors to our website and the pages they visit.
The technical delivery of the pages requires our systems to record to the usual extent which files are requested and downloaded by users. Data we collect in this context includes the time of download, the IP address and browser ID of the user, status report and quantity of data delivered.
